Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published Recruitment exam notification of next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs CWE V. The Online examination of IBPS CWE RRBs 5 Exam tentatively held in November and December 2016.
IBPSinvites Online Examination for the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) (RRB CWE V) for Recruitment of Group 'A' Officers (Scale-I,
II & III) and Group 'B' Office Assistants (Multipurpose) for
filling up total 16560 Vacancies in participating Regional Rural Banks
(RRBs). IBPS CWE RRB 5 Online Application Registration start from 14th September 2016 and registration close on 30th September 2016.

Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 30/09/2016):
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) –>
(1) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
(2) Essential - Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s.
(3) Desirable - Knowledge of Computer skills.
Officer Scale-I –>
(1) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its
equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in
Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary
Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing
and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy;
(2) Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s.
(3) Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) –>
(1) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its
equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be
given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing,
Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary
Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing
and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and
Accountancy.
(2) Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (Information Technology Officer) –>
(1) Degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication /
Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(2) Desirable - Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
(3) One Year Experience.
Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant) –>
(1) Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
(2) One Year Experience.
Officer Scale-II (Law Officer) ->
(1) Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(2) Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in
Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.
Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager) –>
(1) Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.
(2) One Year Experience.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer) ->
(1) MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
(2) One Year Experience.
Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer) –>
(1) Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/
Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture. from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(2) Two Years Experience.
Officer Scale-III –>
(1) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its
equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be
given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance,
Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry,
Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural
Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law,
Economics and Accountancy.
(2) Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
Application Fee: Officer (Scale I, II & III) - ₹ 100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates,
₹ 600/- for all others; Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - ₹ 100/- for
SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidate, ₹ 600/- for all others. The fee pay through
Online Payment Mode Only (using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/
Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile
Wallets).
Selection Procedure: RRBs Common Written Examination (CWE) (Online Exam)
and Interview. Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination
for CWE - RRBs-V will subsequently be called for an Interview to be
conducted with the help of the designated Nodal Regional Rural Bank in
each State/UT and coordinated by IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority.
